Detailed Description
The lubricator is equipped with wireless communication function, using NB-IOT and LoRa transmission technology to realize remote control of single-point greaser, which can remotely monitor the status of the equipment.
NB-IOT model greaser with APP mobile client can easily realize monitoring and communication control with thousands of equipment.
LoRa models through the base station gateway to form a closed radio network, long-distance communication up to 3 kilometers, construction, installation, commissioning is simple and fast, each gateway base station can access hundreds of devices.
The device gateway is equipped with wired network port and RS485 interface, which can access the big data platform through private protocol.
SlMPLUBE Ruoxi Remote single-point greaser
SIMPLUBE Ruoxi Remote single-point greaser, controlled by microcomputer, built-in NB-IOT/LoRa module, the communication utilizes Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWA), Long Distance Radio technology (LoRa), remote monitoring of lubricator working status.
NB-IOT models can be used to remotely monitor the working status of the greaser through the cell phone APP terminal, thus realizing real-time monitoring of the state of the equipment, early warning. Thus, it is convenient to maintain the equipment and replenish the lubricating oil and grease at regular intervals, which is not affected by the distance.
