On April 1, 2022, Shandong Hengzhi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the flange maintenance work of China's “MV32” project. The tanker in this project was modified from a super-large tanker with a total length of 332 meters, a width of 58 meters, and a depth of 31 meters. It integrates production processing, storage and unloading, personnel residence, and production command. It can operate continuously in offshore oil fields for 28 years without docking for maintenance. It is a veritable “giant offshore oil processing plant”.In addition, the tanker is designed to operate with a water depth of 1,900 meters, an oil storage capacity of 1.4 million barrels, a daily processing capacity of 150,000 barrels of crude oil, a daily processing capacity of 212 million cubic feet of natural gas, and a daily production water injection of 240,000 barrels. The final operation is in the Yanxia oilfield in Brazil.
Shandong Hengzhi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. completed the repair of nearly 3,000 flanges in this project, and passed the inspection, and the repair effect was well received by customers.
